A great day at Sellindge (apart from the weather). Feel like we have really achieved something today. The drivers compartment is now 95% watertight after years without glass in the second man’s door and window and will now hopefully start drying out. On 22 October 2023, our artist friend Mike Knapp visited Sellindge to take some photographs of S13004 to prepare to paint its portrait. The light was especially good that afternoon so we hope for a great painting. Attached are Mike’s photos.
